You know your stuff. But when all eyes are on you, your confidence can suddenly change.

You know what you're talking about.

You can explain your ideas easily in a one-on-one conversation or with people you know well.

But put you in front of senior leaders, an important client, a larger audience, or simply a room where you feel all eyes are on you, and something changes.

You get nervous.

You get in your head.

You start thinking about what you're going to say, how you sound, whether people can see that you're nervous, or what will happen if your mind goes blank.

And that's what makes it so frustrating.

You've prepared. You've practiced. You've done this before. So why are you still nervous?

That's what we're going to explore in this workshop.

I call the difference between the confidence you have in what you know and the confidence you feel when the spotlight is on you the Public Speaking Confidence Gap.

And if you've been trying to close that gap by preparing more, practicing more, or simply forcing yourself to speak more often, you may be surprised by what's actually keeping you stuck.

IN THIS LIVE WORKSHOP, YOU'LL DISCOVER:

✅ Why your confidence can change when all eyes are on you
, even when you know your subject inside and out.

✅ Why practice and experience don't always make public speaking anxiety disappear, and what you may be practicing without realizing it.

✅ Why trying harder to sound confident can actually get you more in your head and make it harder to speak naturally.

✅ One simple shift you can start using right away to get out of your head and back into the conversation.

✅ What it actually takes to close your Public Speaking Confidence Gap, including the four parts of building lasting speaking confidence.

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

You're good at what you do, but you don't always feel like yourself when you have to speak in an important situation.

You're comfortable in some conversations, but your confidence changes when you're speaking to senior leaders, important clients, or presenting to larger groups.

You prepare much more than you think you should need to.

You worry about forgetting what you want to say, sounding nervous, being judged, or not coming across as knowledgeable as you really are.

And you keep thinking:

“I've done this before. Why am I still nervous?”

If that sounds familiar, this workshop is for you.

This is not a workshop about standing a certain way, making better eye contact, memorizing your opening, or pretending to be confident.

We're going to look at something deeper:

Why can you be confident in what you know and still lose that confidence when the spotlight comes on?

And more importantly, what actually needs to change?

Hi, I'm Victoria

I'm Victoria Lioznyansky, a public speaking confidence coach and TEDx speaker.

For years, I struggled with public speaking anxiety myself. I practiced. I prepared. I got more experience.

And I did become a better speaker.

But I became better at speaking while feeling afraid.

That experience eventually led me to develop an approach that helped me overcome my own public speaking anxiety for good, and that I now use to help my clients do the same.

Because here's what I discovered:

If you keep practicing public speaking while feeling anxious, you may actually be reinforcing the very pattern you're trying to overcome.

As I often tell my clients, practice doesn't make perfect. Practice makes permanent.

AS YOUR CAREER GROWS, SPEAKING MATTERS MORE

The higher you go in your career, the more you're expected to communicate.

You lead meetings. Present ideas. Influence decisions. Speak to senior leaders and clients. Answer questions on the spot. Represent your team or organization.

In other words, more career growth usually means more visibility.

If public speaking anxiety has been following you for years, waiting for it to disappear on its own may not be enough.

Your next level may require you to feel confident in rooms where you currently get in your head.

And that's exactly why I created this workshop.

Join me live for The Public Speaking Confidence Gap.

Discover why your confidence changes when the spotlight comes on, and what needs to change so your speaking confidence can catch up with the rest of you.

What's possible when public speaking anxiety stops holding you back

Alex Yuz

Once I implemented the strategies from your program, my presentations became a lot better. In fact, I started looking for opportunities to present instead of hiding from them.
