Hello my friends, this is Victoria Lioznyansky, and you’re listening to the Confidence Within podcast. The reason I created this podcast is to help ambitious professionals and entrepreneurs like yourself develop unshakeable speaking confidence, or as I call it, the confidence within.

I know that so many of you struggle with the fear of public speaking. Which is crazy because most of you are true experts in what you do, right? And if I asked you right now if you’re generally a confident person, you would most likely answer ‘yes’. But something happens when you find yourself in a situation where all eyes are on you and you have to speak publicly. All of a sudden, your confidence evaporates and the imposter syndrome kicks in. Well, the reason I know the feeling so well is that I used to be terrified of public speaking myself. As a software engineer turned high-level manager turned entrepreneur, I struggled to make sense of my speaking anxiety and figure out a solution for myself. It took me years to finally learn how to overcome my public speaking fears. And I can tell you right now, it had nothing to do with “fake it till you make it”, pushing through fear, or practicing endlessly. Instead, I discovered how to shift the way I viewed myself, my audience, and public speaking in general. I learned how to build this unshakable CONFIDENCE WITHIN and how to turn it ON when I needed to speak with confidence and authority.
